Processing Times:
General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers or gang sheets is the same as our current turnaround. If your image is not correct, then it will add additional business days until we can get a new image.

Requirements:
Artwork must be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept. The image should not be mirrored. If your artwork does not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order. We cannot accept Google Images. You must purchase the rights to the images and they must be 300 DPI.

Artwork should be sized to the size you are wanting within the size parameters you have chosen. Sweet Tee Transfers will not edit or resize any artwork submitted for gang sheets.

Images will be printed AS-IS. Sweet Tee Transfers does not offer artwork services on gang sheets, this includes cropping, edits, color changes etc. Please ensure your artwork is PRINT-READY as we will not offer refunds or store credit for printed artwork.

By uploading a file for print you are certifying that you have the rights to print the design. Sweet Tee Transfers takes no responsibility for trademark or copyright  infringement and we reserve the right to refund the order in the form of a store credit only at our discretion.
